Staring at your face is just like a dream.
Touching your lips, feeling your heat,
somebody tell me this ain't a fantasy.

In your arms I feel safe.
Your words take my fears away.
You're like an angel sent from above.
You suddenly appear and change my life.

I'm glad I've waited for this time.
You're like a shooting star.
You amaze me out of the blue.
Out of the blue you love me.
Love is not now the strangest thing to me.

When I move too fast, you slow me down.
You share your wisdom when I'm being dumb.
You still keep your cool when I'm troubled.
Did God send you here to protect me?
